CRM Telemarketing

The CRM Telemarketing add-on allows your business to truly start using the Acumatica CRM module as a CRM for your business. 

The enhancement allows you to set up telemarketers and telemarketing groups. You can create unique advanced Telemarketing Scripts and Telemarketing Lists.   Our Telemarketing Console allows your sales team to make their calls from one screen and easily record the results of their calls, schedule future calls or tasks, and update information for management as needed. 

Reporting is included that allows management to see the calls performed by staff, the length of the calls, and the results.  We are including an integration with Ring Central; however, we can customize the system to easily integrate with your specific phone system.

The CRM Telemarketing enhancement is scheduled for general release in October 2025.
